Lacewell Little Luxuries, founded in December of 2016, was a labor of love. I was making holiday Jams, jellies, cookies and other canned products for friends and family and someone said” you should sell these.” There you have it! A pastime that I love, cooking food that I love, for friends that I love and its ALL HOMEMADE. There are three Brands under Lacewell Little Luxuries: HowWe Jams and Jellies with elements of wine, Mozell’s Goodies and Little Luxury Meringues.

HowWe Jams is a play on my family name, Howie. I remember my father making homemade wine out of grapes, and my mom making homemade jelly out of grapes. It only seems fitting to take the two family pastimes and create something tasty.

Mozell's Goodies

 

Mozell’s Goodies is in honor of my mom. She always said that she was not much of a cook, so instead she had me create things in the kitchen. Cakes, cookies, or just cooking the dinner. Mind you, my mother could cook, but thanks to her I am now an accomplished cook in my own right. Some of the things we often made were daiquiris, homemade pickles, candy and cookies. A tweak here a substitution there and you end up with a list of goodies that you always go back for more.

Lacewell Little Luxuries first original creation. Playing around in the kitchen one day I decided to make meringues. Not only were they a success but they made more than I could imagine which means the result passes to you. Please enjoy light puffy crisp meringues in a variety of flavors.
